This is why I don’t make Vlogs - When the camera is on me I feel like, “A camera! Get it away! IT’S STEALING MY SOUL! I gotta do something quick. Make a goofy smile.”
I’m going to try and endure the embarrassment, for the benefit of my family and friends stateside, so they can see the festivities over here, and rest assured that I’m not living in some cold and dank prison, surviving on Ghengis Kahn Caramel snacks and water dripping from a leaky roof.
Here’s a clip of our X Mas dinner in Korea. (My father-in-law, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, wife, and myself. Watch me squirm as I try to keep my soul from being sucked into the lens. Lani slept through it all. I’ll put a video of her up later.)
And, here’s the feast (Made by yours truly - Uh huh, that’s right):

And, me transformed into SantAlex, with pictures of my baby on the wall to my right (her only appearance of the night):

The K Fam:

And, cheers over a dubious deal…err, delicious meal:

ayyyyye. i’ll make it through to the end soon, but the soul stealing is too horrid to watch! seeing your soul in such an uncomfortable situation makes me feel like mine is getting sucked up too. I think you should have done your own version of the thumb dance - it appears to ward off the video camera’s evil powers; the finger tap just wasn’t cutting it.

which one is the wife? The camera-woman?

The wife is the one with the camera in her face for a solo. She was sitting next to me, still not quite fully recovered from having a C-section 2 months ago, but trying to party it up none-the-less.

My sister-in-law brought it down from Seoul, and everyone else had some sort of headgear going on.
